Erin Peer is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She joins the Integrative Metabolic Center with experience in Adult/Family, Pediatrics, and Functional Medicine. She is passionate about the practice of applied functional medicine in all individuals she encounters and seeks to build strong rapport and team work to discover the root cause of functional imbalance and intervene as far upstream as possible to avoid or reverse chronic disease.
